ELI WASSERMAN is a fashion stylist and creative director based out of New York City. For Eli, styling is another form of story telling and thrives on translating a narrative into his work. Eli's work can be seen internationally in some of fashion's finest periodicals and to some of the biggest celebrities in the industry.
California native, Eli Wasserman discovered his talent for styling while pursuing a BFA in creative writing from Eugene Lang College of the New School. He started styling as an assistant to some of the music industry’s most notable fashion stylists and in February of 2010, Eli began working exclusively at Mode Squad Inc. as Market Editor for June Ambrose.
While working for June Ambrose, Eli worked with some of the most recognizable celebrities in the entertainment industry including: JAY Z, KERRY WASHINGTON, MARY J. BLIGE, GABRIELLE UNION, CARLY RAE JEPSON, MISCHA BARTON, LUDACRIS, ALICIA KEYS, MICHELLE WILLIAMS and many more.
In the fall of 2011, June Ambrose and Eli Wasserman began shooting their fashion makeover show to rehab celebrity image of those who have fallen out of the spotlight. STYLED BY JUNE premiered on the VH1 network in the Spring of 2012 and was an instant success. Despite reaching an average of almost 1.5 million viewers each week and airing in over 17 countries, VH1 did not pick up STYLED BY JUNE for a second season due to creative differences and programming conflicts.
In the summer of 2013, as part of JAY Z’s wardrobe, Eli designed custom cut and sew T-Shirts that were worn as the hero outfits for the LEGENDS OF SUMMER TOUR, MAGNA CARTER WORLD TOUR, and ON THE RUN TOUR.
Eli continues to work with June periodically collaborating as her market editor and creative director for her HSN line, June by June Ambrose, as well as working with his own clients. As of Fall 2015, Eli just finished wrapping as wardrobe supervisor on June Ambrose’s new makeover show, SAVE MY STYLE premiering on TLC early next year.
